Remember the time when listening to Indie / Alternative was enjoyable? When it still had substance? Before every band wanting a single in the charts followed the same repetitive, unoriginal formula? We all miss those days. Look See Proof have clearly tried hard to create a good song, but sadly we've heard it all before.
'Do You Think It's Right?' has the makings of any other song - guitar riffs that could be confused with several dozen songs of the moment, making it so very forgettable; and lyrics sung by another front man who sounds like they took elocution lessons from the cast of EastEnders.
Look See Proof are not a bad band. They've actually got a lot of potential to be a talented young group, it just doesn't shine through on 'Do You Think It's Right?'. We'll give them another couple of chances, let's hope they don't disappoint again.
