The moment that Infadels took to the boxed in Fibbers' stage, we could tell that we were about to witness something pretty special. Labelled as one of the venue's favourite bands, the boys approached the crowd with an air of familiarity; they were home at last.
The audience loved every second. Every line that came out of vocalist Bnann's mouth was matched wholeheartedly for both passion and volume. The lack of clearcut crowd-interaction highlighted the way in which the band and their fans seemed to be on the same level, as they trawled through their relatively short set.
Highlights included 'Code 1', which saw the audience transform into teenage ravers, complete with glowsticks; and new single, 'Make Mistakes' that had a slightly poppier edge mixed with feel good vibes.
It was actually impossible to resist a foot-tapping, head-nodding bop around the floor as the infectious beats blasted out. Infadels may not be the most original thing you'll see this year but we can guarantee that you'll leave their gig with a gianormous grin on your face.
