For those not a fan of the walking Topman catalogues/silly haircut poster boys’ usual electro bleepery comes ‘Epic Last Song’, which sees Does It Offend You, Yeah? try their hand at some love song smoochery. Proving they’re not one trick ponies, it’s a long way from the screeching whirlwind of ‘Let’s Make Out’ or the horrendous vocoder soaked ‘We Are Rockstars’. Still, there won’t be much jealousy for the lovely lady this one’s aimed at. "Baby babe I’ve loved you a long time" whines James Rushent amongst a bunch of synth whoops and angular riffs. Needless to say, it’s not exactly a love sonnet. Good? Yes. Epic? Hmmm, maybe not.
