A few years ago the Danish government embarked on a set of experiments, replacing unsuspecting citizen’s brains with candyfloss. The result? Alphabeat. Ok, that’s a lie, but the point is ‘10,000 Nights’ is seriously sickeningly saccharine yuk-pop. They sound like a bunch of seven year olds who’ve just overdosed on sherbet and they’re hell bent on stealing your ears with their happy clappy fluff. Fortunately, they wont succeed, for after three minutes of "love is an ocean of sweet emotion" you’ll soon be screaming ‘someone stamp on their silly little Danish hearts, please!’ and running to your nearest Smiths LP for solace.
