Doom Dance: Azari & III

Azari and III [or Azari and Third if you want to tell your friends] make doomdance and messed up disco somewhere in Toronto. Sometimes they use scraping synths against fairground samples, at others they deploy breathy vocals at beastly crawling beats.Thanks to awesome Brighton dudes 20jazzfunkgreat, we first heard "Hungry For The Power" [download] late last year. Now they return with a video for "Manhooker" and a limited vinyl 12" [buy that here]

The track trips against the vocals and the break is pretty great. In the video a morphs, skeletons flicker and lights change. We're a bit scared, we're a bit confused, but we love it.
