Biker Boy: Seams

James Welch is Seams, a one man electro-acoustic project based somewhere in the world. He makes music that is sometimes sparse and sometimes full of interesting sounds; listen to how delicate backdrops are built up with carefully selected samples. This track, 'Nightcycles' uses a Elliott Smith documentary to takes you on a journey through a city at night. It weaves dream beats with snippets of conversation, dynamic flashes of sound and fluttering blips.

After hearing him live we know he's got many more tricks in his basket.
