Bold and Brassy: Think About Life
This band will shake away the winter blues with their brassy inspirational pop. A hyped up three piece from Montreal, they mix snaky rhythms, B-boy shouts, glitchy breakdowns and an energetic live show to create some of the most crowd pumping pop we've heard EVER. If you're not into it you've got a heart of stone, ears stuffed with cotton wool and probably need to have a good sit down to Think About Life.
Think About Life are back in the UK in May, following on from their debut last month supporting Tune-Yards.

Offset: Words and Pictures

Crocodiles give away an EP. How kind.
Recorded as they finished the album sessions, "Fires of Comparison" sees the band slow down with mellow atmospherics. It's probably because they were a bit tired but - ever the rock and rollers - the band blame it on sharing a pipe with a San Diego hobo.

Offset Festival 2010: It’s Here!
If you've ever wanted to go to a festival with a great mix of new bands to discover and established ones to say "remember when..." with, you couldn't ask for a better one than Offset. It's in Hainault Park near London, and, with only one night of camping, it's less like the Reading Somme more like an off-piste episode of Skins.
