Grim Fandangle present...RENT BOYS w/ Cargo Cult, Brown Brogues, Graveyard Shift
£3 // 9pm till 3am

These dudes from Leeds fucking slay. I just stumbled on their myspazz page in some late night band surf and was floored. My jaw literally dropped. Every track is a 100% solid winner. They kinda do that party time garage punk thing a bit like Personal & The Pizzas, Traditional Fools or Audacity maybe. But fuck comparisons Rent Boys make this stuff their own. - Sex Is Disgusting.

Silk Flowers, Waiters and No Womb
The Deaf Institute 135 Grosvenor Street Manchester

Silk Flowers are one of our very favourite bands in the world right now. Listening to either their first, self-titled LP, on Dean from No Age's PPM or 'As Above, So Below', the 6-song follow up on Captured Tracks, for the millionth time we are still blown away by the range and clarity of emotions summoned by such minimal music. - Comfortable on a Tightrope
