Sixteen Tambourines

I don't know many people in Japan so I can safely say that Ally and Emma from Sixteen Tambourine records are two of my favourite ones. After wanting to start a label 6 Years ago, they finally got round to setting up a little label and distro last year to release, in Ally's words, "some very kind and gentle" bands who they feel that they're very gifted to be working with. Dedicated to releasing special editions, they've got a Little Girls record with two different covers and a limited edition tape in the works, they'd do any small run East London label proud. Having already released tapes by the wonderful Sore Eros and carried Ale Mania over to Japan, they'll release songs by Mathemagic, Coasting, Hatchet Would and a Tan Dollar/ Eternal Summers split 7" that looks bloody fantastic.
